Here are a couple of bragging pics to back up B’s post about stormy weather and challah french toast bread pudding. A little orange zest, a little vanilla, honey for sweetness (although I might try brown sugar next time, just to see), some cinnamon, and you have yourself the perfect rainy-day brunch. Puffy eggy deliciousness. And here it is in all its glory with some maple syrup.
